ITIL is the only consistent and comprehensive documentation of best practice for IT Service Management. Used by hundreds of organisations around the world, it provides a systematic and professional approach to the management of IT service provisioning. It is supported by a comprehensive qualification scheme, accredited training organisations, and implementation and assessment tools. Enline has adopted this worldwide industry standard for support. Our qualified ITIL consultants follow the ITIL structured framework for managing the quality and quantity of our customer support process. The best-practice processes promoted in ITIL both support and are supported by the British Standards Institution’s Standard for IT Service Management (BS15000).
Enline's service is delivered with our valued SupportWeb customer portal, which allows our customers to raise, track, update and run reports on support calls at any time. The information gained from the SupportWeb allows Enline to track trends in support calls allowing us to identify areas where additional resources may be required.
Utilising various remote access methods Enline can securely access your systems, this can be using either a web based remote access product, RAS Dial-up, Client-to-Site VPN or Site-to-Site VPN connectivity, our experience in security give us a unique insight into customer security, ensuring our remote connectivity meets your specific security policy.
